You likely know about SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-based) goals. SMART goals are often thought of as the guide for goal-setting behaviors.
These goals often leave us feeling dumb when we can’t follow through. Christa Hutchins, author, and speaker, advocates using PEACE (Purposeful, Essential, Adjustable, Current, and Enjoyable) goals instead.
In this interview, I sit down with Christa and discuss PEACE goals, how to create habits to foster PEACE goals, and what she sees as common roadblocks for implementing new practices.
